This Performance Sparring Session is designed to help students develop the skills needed for both ITF Taekwon-Do sparring and kickboxing in a safe, structured and controlled environment.

The session will cover key sparring principles including footwork, distance control, timing, reactions, defence, counter-attacking, movement, ring awareness and decision-making under pressure.

For ITF Taekwon-Do, students will work on point-scoring tactics, controlled kicking combinations, hand techniques, angles, blitz attacks, evasive movement and how to apply techniques with speed, accuracy and control.

For kickboxing, the focus will include strong stance, guard position, punching combinations, kick set-ups, defensive reactions, pressure control, basic fight tactics and building confidence during partner drills and controlled sparring rounds.

This session is ideal for students who want to improve their sparring confidence, sharpen their technique, and learn how to perform smarter under pressure.
