Who are the kids' beginner classes for?
Our beginner classes welcome children aged 6+. No previous martial arts experience is needed.
What happens after I book my free trial?
You will receive a confirmation email with your class details and reminders as your lesson approaches.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable sports clothing and a bottle of water. Our classes take place on martial arts flooring; no uniform is needed for your first trial.
What will my child do?
Meet the coach, try beginner-friendly ITF Taekwon-Do activities and experience our supportive MF training environment.
What happens after the trial, and how much is it to join?
After your trial, we explain the six-week beginner programme and confirm the current price before you register. The programme includes your beginner uniform and belt, six weeks of classes, annual MF registration and your first belt assessment.
